Our red bitter aperitivo is based on the berries, roots, herbs, and other botanicals that grow our region rather than the traditional bitter orange. Rosso features tart fruity flavors from cranberry, hawthorn, elderberry, and sumac, complemented with other herbal and bitter botanicals for a delicious bitter-sweet liqueur with a long lingering finish.
