Boreas Sweet Vermouth

Boreas Sweet Vermouth

Our Spanish-style spiced sweet vermouth will warm your spirits. (15.5% abv)

Tasting Notes:  Spice, Caramel, Dark Fruit

Main Botanicals:  Baking Spices, Mugwort

Suggestions: • Lightly Chilled as an after-dinner sip. • Over ice with seltzer and an orange twist.  • in a manhattan, negroni, or boulevardier

Zephyr Dry Vermouth

Our dry vermouth, featuring savory herbs mixing with tart acidity.  (15.5% abv)

Tasting Notes: Bright, Savory, Herbaceous

Main Botanicals: Rosemary, Yarrow, Lemonbalm

Suggestions: • Lightly chilled as an apéritif. • over ice with seltzer and a lemon twist. • in a martini, contessa, or as a sangria base.

Harvest Apple Vermouth

Made from local apples instead of grapes for a delicious true taste of Vermont terroir.  (13% abv)

Tasting Notes:  Sweet-Tart Apple, Caramel, Pie Spice

Main Botanicals:  Baking Spices, Anise Hyssop

Suggestions: • On its own, lightly chilled. • With hot fresh cider for instant mulled cider. • In a manhattan (esp. with rye), sidecar, or with rum.

An off-dry rosé vermouth perfect for sipping in the summer sunshine. (15.5% abv)

Tasting Notes: Floral, Citrusy, Off-Dry

Main Botanicals: Rose, Lavender, Hibiscus, Elderflower

Suggestions: • Over ice with seltzer and a lemon twist.  • With prosecco for a spritz. • In a gin sour, a corpse reviver #2, or as a sangria base.

Our unusual bianco-style vermouth is tinted golden features turmeric and an intriguing blend of earthy botanicals with a delicious balance of bitter and sweet. (15.5% abv)

Celebrate the season with our cozy spiced apple wine made from local apples.  We recommend gently warming our Wassail! and serving it with a cinnamon stick and good company. (10.6% abv)

Suggestions:  • Gently warm and enjoy with friends on a cold Vermont evening.

Our Amaros and Liqueurs

Nocino

In this homage to the classic Italian nocino, we forage young walnuts in the middle of summer adding a few select local botanicals to complement their delicious flavor.  (22% abv)

Tasting Notes: Earthy, Nutty, Tannic

Main Botanicals: Black Walnuts, Angelica, Spicebush

Suggestions: • Sip on its own.  • Pair with Saxton's Maple Bourbon for a B

Amaro Classico

Since at least ancient Roman times, Italians have enjoyed amari made from the botanicals grown in their local area. Following this tradition, we created our Vermont-made amaro, infused with a select variety of roots, barks, seeds, herbs, flowers, fruits, and maple syrup for a delicious, complex, bittersweet botanical liqueur. (22% abv)

Our red bitter aperitivo is based on the berries, roots, herbs, and other botanicals that grow our region rather than the traditional bitter orange.  Rosso features tart fruity flavors from cranberry, hawthorn, elderberry, and sumac, complemented with other herbal and bitter botanicals for a delicious bitter-sweet liqueur with a long ling
